The story of our success begins with partnerships. Be it public, private, or non-profit, the Redevelopment Authority knows that each redevelopment activity has its own specific – and often specialized components. In affordable housing development, we know that our friends at Tri-County HDC, Ltd. have expertise in the product, and the often complex financing. When it comes to healthcare facilities, we took a junior partner role with Hamilton Health for its new facility on South 17th Street. We also know that we need reputable professionals on the team, especially with the clean-up of environmentally contaminated sites, when discovering rock in the site, or when historic structures need that extra-special care.
